Our entire staff is dedicated to providing you with the support you need to deliver your baby with peace of mind. We also respond promptly to emergencies. To support your health from outpatient care to childbirth, during hospitalization, and after delivery, we offer a full range of nutrition services, mommy classes, maternity yoga classes, and other initiatives. Postpartum ABR testing and 2-week check-ups are also available for your convenience.
Natural childbirth
Natural childbirth is a method that does not rely on anesthesia or labor-inducing drugs, but rather waits for natural contractions and attempts to deliver the baby by natural force. Natural childbirth is common in midwifery centers and at home. However, medical interventions such as the use of labor-inducing drugs for weak contractions or perineotomy can also be considered natural birth. A thorough discussion and trusting relationship with your doctor about the progress of your birth during your checkups will help reduce anxiety during childbirth.
Sophrology Breathing Method
Sophrology breathing method is a type of relaxation technique that originated in France. This breathing method focuses on deep breathing to relax the body and mind. Through deep, slow breathing, it aims to relieve tension in the body and calm the mind. Sophrology breathing method are also widely used for relaxation during pregnancy and childbirth to help reduce stress and anxiety and promote a stable state of mind and body.

Mommy classes
On the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Fridays of each month at 1:30 p.m., we hold a Pregnancy and Childbirth class to help you have a better birth experience. Fathers-to-be are welcome!
Maternity Yoga Classes
Yoga can help you to have a natural and proactive birth. It awakens the physical senses and allows the body to relax and feel comfortable.
Please wear comfortable clothing and pants if you plan to attend. Please also bring a bath towel and your maternity health book.
